-  male/female; single/married; not more than 35 yrs. old
-  graduate of any four-year college course
-  can communicate in oral and written English
-  preferably with related work experience in a hotel or coffee shop

*          PANTRY GIRL:
-  female; single/married; not more than 35 yrs. old
-  graduate of any four-year college course
-  can communicate in oral and written English
-  preferably with related work experience in a hotel or restaurant
-  with pleasing personality and good moral character

*          SPA THERAPIST:
- female; single/married; between 18 - 30 yrs. old
-  high school graduate, college level or college graduate
-  has completed the program either in Massage Therapy NCII at TESDA
-  with or without experience in massage therapy, willing to undergo further training
-  can communicate in English
-  with pleasing personality and good moral character 

*          IN-HOUSE SECURITY:
-  male; single/married; not more than 35 years old; at least 5’7”
-  graduate of any four-year college course
-  can communicate in oral and written English
-  computer literate
-  with pleasing personality and good moral character 

*          GARDENER:
-  male; single/married; not more than 35 years old
-  high school graduate or college level
-  has extensive knowledge and experience in landscaping, gardening, plant breeding and nurturing, and the proper use of fertilizers and chemicals
-  with pleasing personality and good moral character 

*          RESTAURANT MANAGER:
-  male/female; single/married; not more than 40 years old
-  graduate of any four-year college course, pref. HRM or Marketing; Masteral credits would be a plus
-  preferably with at least 3 years restaurant work experience in a hotel, handling top supervisory or Managerial position and knowledgeable about standard operational requirements, budget preparation and food/beverage cost control analysis
-  proficient in oral and written English
-  computer literate
-  with pleasing personality and good moral character
