*          EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF:
-  male/female; single/married; not more than 40 years old
-  graduate of Culinary Arts
-  will work directly under the Executive Chef
-  should be comfortable with Western and Eastern cuisines
-  must have worked in a professional kitchen at least 5 years in the same position
-  must be hands-on and creative; able to do kitchen administrative work like inventory, costing, ordering etc.; with skills in all aspects of cooking and sanitation
-  must have passion, commitment to quality and attention to detail
-  can communicate in oral and written English; computer literate
-  with pleasing personality and good moral character

*          COOK HELPERS:
-  male/female; single/married; not more than 30 yrs. old
-  preferably a graduate of Culinary course
-  with or without work-related experince
-  willing to work in shifts
-  with pleasing personality and good moral character

*          WAITERS:
-  female; single/married; not more than 30 yrs. old
-  graduate of any four-year college course
-  can communicate in oral and written English; computer literate
-  willing to work in shifts
-  with pleasing personality and good moral character

*          SPA THERAPIST:
- female; single/married; not more than 35 years old
-  high school graduate, college level or college graduate
-  must have completed the TESDA Massage Theraphy course; with NC II
-  with or without experience in massage therapy, willing to be trained
-  can communicate in English; willing to work in shifts
-  with pleasing personality and good moral character 

*          BOOKEEPER, ACCOUNTING CLERKS:
-  male/female; single/married; not more than 30 years old
-  graduate of Accounting degree
-  can communicate in oral and written English
-  computer literate
-  with pleasing personality and good moral character 

*          DESK CLERKS:
-  female; single/married; not more than 30 years old
-  graduate of any 4-year college course
-  can communicate in oral and written English; computer literate
-  willing to work in shifts
-  with pleasing personality and good moral character
