The name of restaurant derives from the word Chalet meaning a house of cottage traditionally made of wood with wide overhanging leaves. A perfect place for our guest away from home.  This is a specially restaurant focusing on native food which available around the Philippines. 

          The restaurant opened 6:00 in the morning until 10:00 in the evening except Friday and Saturday which we expect to have a busy business, restaurant opened from 6:00 in the morning until 2:00 in the morning the following day. 

          This restaurant serviced by a trained and qualified service associate providing friendly, attentive unobtrusive service to all our guests.  Motivated by our genuine desire to please, anticipate guest needs and wishes. 

          The service associate is using a combination of Russians and American style of service upon serving food and beverage to all our clients.
